“Our family was referred to Sue Royer in December of 2011. Dad was living alone and had fallen, resulting in a broken hip. The case manager at the rehab advised us to talk to Sue about managing dad’s care once he was discharged. We decided it was time for assisted living. Sue was a life-saver by helping us to understand dad’s options, and then taking us to visit different assisted living homes in our area. Once we made our choice, Sue put it all together for us. Dad is happy and thriving, and we are grateful we found Sue.”

“My mom has Alzheimer’s and I could no longer care for her. Mom’s doctor gave us one of Sue Royer’s brochures and she came to our home the same day I called her. She was able to take me out that day to look at group homes, and we found the perfect place for my mom. That was four months ago, and not only is mom OK, but I am healthier. I am happy to recommend Sue Royer.”

“A year and a half ago I was struggling with helping my cousin. She lived alone and was independent, but had taken ill and was struggling with cooking, bathing, medication, driving, etc. We had every service she could afford come in, but she was falling often and was in danger of serious injury or worse. My cousin’s best friend gave me an ad she found in a local paper for AAA Senior Placement and she urged me to call. I called and spoke to Sue the owner and from our first conversation she assured me they would take care of everything! The next day I drove the 2 hours to my cousin’s home and we met with Hannah, Sue’s daughter. I felt as though angels had come to us! They took care of everything and in a day’s time my cousin was in a small residential care home that treated her like family. AAA Senior placement is a family owned business and when you call them you become their family too. They do everything with love and care, with the senior’s concerns in mind.”

“When I read testimonials I am usually skeptical. I can assure readers that my comments are truthful, factual, and heartfelt. Our 89 year old Dad, with Parkinson’s fell and broke his hip. After surgery the hospital, without telling us, sent him to a “re hab facility” ( and wouldn’t tell us where!). It was AWFUL! We knew we had to find a place for him but had no idea how, where, or what to expect in this experience. Or how this would affect him with this move. We talked to friends, family, and felt very overwhelmed. We saw an ad in a local community newspaper for AAA Senior Placement. We called and was able to meet face to face with Hannah the next day. What we learned at that 90 minute meeting was incredible. Three days later we were touring “potential” homes for our Dad. Five days after our meeting with Hannah we moved our Dad to a group home. It was life changing for us and for Dad. Hannah continued to stay in touch to help us and our Dad through this (ongoing) journey. One of the many aspects of working with Hannah and AAA Senior Placement is that she/they LISTENED to us…which is so important and, somewhat rare these days. We never felt we were being “sold” or “told” what to do. We still to this day believe we have a caring advocate for us and for our Dad at AAA Senior Placement. They are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and sincerely interested in helping. Again, this is a heartfelt and thankfull endorsement for AAA Senior Placement (and of course Hannah)!”

“Sue placed my dad in an amazing group home. His nurse even commented it was one of the nicest group home care facilities she has seen. It is a beautiful home with a very skilled staff. They were all very friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank Sue enough for finding such an amazing home for my father.”

“From start to finish Hannah never left my side. She was there every day for me and my family. Putting a family member into a home isn't an easy thing to do. Hannah, thank you so much! I honestly couldn't have found the perfect home for my mom without you. My mother is safe and very happy. I can rest easy at night knowing I did the right thing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hannah! All the hours of texts and calls. You were always there and never left my side! I would highly recommend you to my friends and family.”

“There are no words to express my gratitude for Hannah and AAA Placement. I had to emergency place my mother in full time care and I live several states away. Additionally, we had to do this over a weekend timeframe. Hannah didn’t miss a beat and I was having conversations with an outstanding care facility within 36 hours, and had mom transported the next day. Mom is THRILLED with her new home and care team. She feels safe and genuinely cared for, and as her daughter, that’s what I want for her. THANK YOU Hannah and AAA Senior Placement!
