About Us

Sue Royer - Owner & Director

I was born and raised in inner-city Chicago, as the sixth of 18 children, with 15 brothers. Being the oldest daughter, I was always a caregiver, which I believe influenced me to pursue work in the healthcare industry. Today, I have three daughters and five grandchildren.

Years ago, I volunteered for hospice and knew immediately that helping seniors was my calling. I was soon employed by hospice, but I felt that something was missing. I realized it was the limited time I was able to spend with my clients. Having my own business allows me to provide the intimate, hands-on service needed in our community.

I am committed to our seniors throughout their lives and thank the community for the opportunity to serve.

Hi, I’m Hannah!

I am fortunate enough to be one of Sue Royer’s daughters, and I have worked for the family business since 2008. I am extremely grateful to work with my family every day as we continue to support each other both personally and professionally. Working for AAA Senior Placement is a true blessing, and has taught me how to empathize with my clients and their loved ones during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

My core values in this business are to assist all clients and their families with the utmost respect and compassion, while treating every family like they’re my own.

Hi, I’m Jonathan!

I am one of Sue’s grandsons and case managers here at AAA Senior Placement. I’ve been on board for 8 years! Not everyone gets to work with their family every day, and I am very grateful that I get to do that.

Empathy and being completely transparent with my clients are my greatest core values. Building the connection with seniors and their families during the most fragile time in their lives is the most important part of my job, and I’m lucky enough to do that for my community.

I plan on getting more involved in different aspects of the business and taking on more opportunities in the coming years. I hope to continue helping people find their forever addresses & utilize the resources that we offer to the best of my ability!

Hi, I’m Tony!

I am one of Sue’s grandsons, and I have been working for the family business since 2017. Working with my family has been a great experience because it brings us closer together, and allows us to learn from one another in a professional setting.

AAA Senior Placement has taught me how to be a better listener, and how to be more sympathetic with our clients and their families. All of the traits I’ve adopted at AAA Senior Placement translate into my life outside of work and make me a better person.

In this business, I treasure being able to be honest with our clients, and give them the options that they never knew they had.

Hi, I’m Cherrikee!

I’ve had the honor of working at AAA Senior Placement since 2016, alongside my husband and in-laws! I am so grateful to work in such a loving environment where we treat everyone that walks in like a new addition to the family.

Working at AAA Senior Placement has taught me to have immense compassion and empathy for my elders. Getting to help people everyday allows me to feel like I never have to work a day in my life!

My husband, Jonathan, and I have been married now for 6 years. We are the proud parents of two of our office mascots, Luxe & Cash, the Frenchie brothers. So, stop by if you want to say hi!
